What is Combed Cotton?

Combed cotton is softer than regular cotton because it doesn't have any impurities or short protruding threads as they have been combed out

Combed cotton is also stronger than regular cotton because the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage

Combed cotton is also more expensive than regular cotton

Notice: DO NOT CUT

These towel are finished via cross-hemming

There is a small piece of twisted fabric that is on the underside of the towel (shown in image)

Do not cut this piece off - as it may lead to unraveling

After 3-5 washes, this small twisted piece will shrink and be less visible

PLEASE READ

FIRST WASH

Do not use fabric softener or laundry detergent for the first wash - just wash in water

WASHING MACHINE

Wash in water that's under 30°C (86°F)

DRYING MACHINE

Yes, it it safe to dry in a drying machine

Tumble-dry on low heat

WASHING TIPS

Wash with whites only

Best to wash towels by themselves (not mixed with other clothes)

AVOID FABRIC SOFTENERS

Avoid using fabric softeners when washing towels

The absorption capabilities of the cotton may deteriorate from the chemicals

AVOID WOOL DETERGENT

Avoid wool detergent - as it's meant for washing wool (not cotton)!

DO NOT BOIL TOWELS

Washing towels in boiling water will dramatically deteriorate the fabric

SHAKE TOWEL BEFORE DRYING

Give your towels a few good shakes before hang drying

BEST TO HANG-DRY IN SHADE

If you dry towels in strong sunlight (for extended periods), the fibers will begin to feel rough

Instead, dry in a shady area on a sunny day - this way, the towels keep its soft & fluffy feel
