With the arrival of September comes Korean Thanksgiving, known as Chuseok!
This year, the official holiday are from September 28th ~ October 3rd.
During this time, all major companies in Korea, including our shipping partners, will be taking a break.

(While we will make every effort to ship orders placed after September 22nd, we cannot guarantee ship-out for those parcels.)
Normal shipping operations will resume on October 4th, with backlogged orders being shipped-out in the order they were received.
Best regards from Korea!

All reviews are genuine.

Those international customers do not get the "verified" label as the order took place outside of Gochujar.

Sure - let me explain. Updates to your tracker are made by two different parties:
WHILE YOUR PARCEL IS IN KOREA, Korea Postal Service provides updates to the tracker.
ONCE THE PARCEL LEAVES KOREA, United Postal Service (USPS) provides updates to the tracker.
USPS posts updates to the tracker only after the parcel has passed through US Customs.
If you haven't see updates to your tracker in a while - it is most likely queuing at US Customs for clearance.
Once it passes, you'll see updates made to the tracker - along with an expected delivery date - on the USPS tracking website.
Note: If it passes 3 weeks without any status updates, please contact daniel[at]gochujar.com for further help.
