Reputable source for Perilla Oil

This oil is very nutritious. I use it on my salad with a ratio of half olive oil, half perilla oil . I also garnish my savory Korean dishes with it. It is also a wonderful moisturizer after washing my face. I’m so grateful that this high quality perilla oil is available to ship to the US.

Healthy cold pressed oil!

The cold pressed perilla oil is difficult to find for people who live overseas but it’s healthier than the toasted one because there’s more omega-3 fatty acids bioavailability. There’s a mild flavour to this so it’s good to add into your food raw (don’t cook)!
