Many office workers take a packet of these enzymes before/after meals for weight control & to avoid carb-bloat.

Reference the video below of how it breaks down carbs quickly.

Healthy Stool. Happy Days

Healthy stool. If you're having diarrhea frequently, this did the trick for me. My stool looks so clean after eating this! Sorry, maybe this is TMI for a product review. One of the few products I can eat regularly as it takes like misugaru.

With enzymes, the actual ACTIVE COUNT is important!

1 packet of Barun's Korean Grain Enzyme Packets (3g) contains the following active counts:

Amylase - 456,921 units /3g

Amylase is a digestive enzyme that breaks down carbohydrates

Protease - 2,126 units /3g

Protease is a digestive enzyme that breaks down proteins

Total Enzymes - 459,047 units /3g

Certified Lab Results verify the previously mentioned active counts of....

Amylase (456,921 unit) & Protease (2,126 unit)

But why does the box label show a lower active count of Amylase (307,530 unit) & Protease (1,539 unit)?

What's printed on the label is the minimum threshold that's required to qualify as an "enzyme food product" in Korea

Many customer look for this specific threshold number when purchasing - so we've printed it on our labels

However, our actual enzyme count is much higher than the minimum threshold - which is great!

Who's these enzyme packets for?

✓ If your daily diet has too much carbohydrates - rice, pasted, bread, baked goods!

✓ If you find yourself not eating routinely at proper times during the day

Take 1~3 packets per day!

We recommend taking the packet right before or after a meal

Open packet and pour it straight into mouth
