Today, we introduce a premium sesame oil by Yangpyeong Sanghwe, 양평상회 월간 참기름.
This grain roaster is based in Yangpyeong, Korea, and has become famous in the region for its sesame and perilla oils. Yangpyeong Sanghwe uses only high-quality seeds grown in Korea. No imported seeds!
To maximize freshness and taste, only a limited amount of oil is pressed, on the 23rd of each month.

This toasted sesame oil tastes incredible: deeply nutty, aromatic and toasty. The toasted seeds are pressed at a low temperature to keep their rich flavor and aroma in the oil.

Yangpyeong Sanghwe (양평상회) is a grain roaster in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, known across the region for its sesame and perilla oils.
It uses only high-quality, Korea-grown sesame seeds, never imported ones. To keep every bottle as fresh as it can be, only a limited amount of oil is pressed, once a month, on the 23rd.
The result is a toasted sesame oil that tastes incredible: deeply nutty, aromatic and toasty.
