[CJ Hetban] Nutritious Korean Rice - Instant Sotbap
Many of you are familiar with "Hetban" (햇반) - a ready-to-eat, microwaveable rice made by Korean food conglomerate CJ.
Fresh rice is immediately cooked 4 hours after milling, then sealed using high pressure and high temperature.
The container and film covering are designed to prevent air from entering so that the products can be stored safely at room temperature - for 9 months!
Though it's labeled "instant", this rice contains no preservatives.
Today, we introduce a new product in the Hetban Series, a more nutritious rice bowl by CJ called "Sotbap"
In Korean, Sotbap means "pot-rice".
Rice is typically cooked in a large pot with a variety of healthy root vegetables for added nutrition and flavor.
Mushrooms, lotus roots to sweet potatoes, the combination of ingredients for sotbap are many.

How to cook + tips!
✔ Microwave for 2 minutes (700W)
✔ Or cook by boiling (unopened) rice bowl for 15 minutes
