My parents and I have a small glass every day with breakfast. It gives us an energy boost and helps us have a clear mind. This juice is potent medicine for drowsy low energy days. I always have it chilled in order to retain all the nutrients. It's expensive but it is QUALITY! ok!? Will buy it again soon!

What are Omija Berries?
They are medicinal berries that are grown in the mountainous regions of Korea (400-700m above sea level)

• Before opening, store in cool, dry place.
• After opening, store in refrigerator (to keep for longer).
HOW TO USE
• Measure 20g (1/4 cup) or 30g (1/3 cup) of dried berries.
• Quickly rinse in water. Then soak in cold 2L of drinking water.
• Place in refrigerator and let it steep for 12 hours
• 2 years beyond packaging date
• Packaging date printed on package
Store in a cool, dry area.
After opening, to keep it for longer - store it in the refrigerator.
Measure 20 grams (1/4 cup) or 30 grams (1/3 cup) of dried berries. Give it a quick rinse under running water. Then place into 2L (8.5 cups) of cold drinking water. Leave in refrigerator to steep for at least 12 hours. Then it's ready to drink. Pour into a cup and drink straight. Or add a few spoonfuls of sugar or honey to sweeten - if you'd like.
You can drink it normally (everyday).
Schisandra is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth during pregnancy. There is some evidence that it might cause the uterus to contract, and this might lead to miscarriage. Do not use schisandra during pregnancy. There is not enough reliable information about the safety of taking schisandra during breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
