Golden Queen No. 3 Rice is one of Korea's best-tasting strains of rice.
Previously, we introduced their signature white rice, but now we're back with their brown rice. Brown rice is a whole grain. It contains all parts of the grain — including the fibrous bran, the nutritious germ and the carb-rich endosperm. It has Vitamin B, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals - making it much more nutritious than white rice.
Golden Queen Rice is famous for three things: First, as mentioned, it gives off an aromatic popcorn smell. Second, it's regarded as one of Korea's highest-quality rice. Third, the chewing texture and taste of the rice remains the same for up to 24 hours after cooking.
If you're eating rice regularly, consider mixing in brown rice for better nutrition.
[Note: When cooking brown rice, we recommend mixing in some white rice. You can start with a 1:1 ratio and then adjust afterwards to your taste. If you cook only brown rice, it has a bit of a firm, grainy taste]
