I was very excited to try this because there are so many recipes that use this as a broth and me and my husband don't usually eat seafood so I was afraid to buy the anchovies by themselves. This pack was so easy to use that I didn't have to mess with the fish at all and it turned out delicious.

Easy to use and delicious!
This was super easy to use and 1 small bag was the perfect portion for a small pot of sundubu jiggae. I always had left over kelp and anchovy when I bought them in larger quantities so this reduced wastage. Thanks Daniel & Katy - love from Australia!

So how do I use it?
