For Lazy Afternoons
[Deep Blue Lake] Signature Drip Coffee Bags
Deep Blue Lake is the definition of a petite, cozy Seoul cafe.
Located in Mangwon district, Deep Blue Lake has turned into a trendy dating spot for many couples. The interior is aesthetically pleasing and the ambiance is warm. Order a coffee and chat away for hours. Or come alone, open a book and soak into the pages.
Deep Blue Lake imports their coffee beans from abroad and roasts them on the first floor. The owner has a deep passion for coffee and takes an analytical, data-driven approach to roasting (pictures below). They have two very popular signature coffees: Deep Blending and Blue Blending. Each have a beautiful, distinct aroma and a slightly sweet after-note. Best of all, they now offer drip bags which you can make in the comfort of your home.
Each drip bag is made fresh every Saturday - using freshly roasted beans. They vacuum seal each bag within 3 minutes of grinding to ensure a "just-brewed" flavor. If you like your Saturdays lazy, store a few of these drip bags in your pantry!

3Wait for the coffee to drip through. Once you get 180~200 ml (3/4 cup) of coffee, discard the drip bag. Now, enjoy your coffee... and your afternoon!
