Today, we are delighted to introduce Korean Stainless Steel Ttukbaegis - designed specifically for everyday use at home!

These cookware sets are crafted with utmost precision and quality, ensuring an unparalleled cooking experience.

These Ttukbaegis are constructed using 3-Ply Stainless Steel, which offers exceptional thermal efficiency, enabling rapid heating for fast-cooking.

Let's delve into the layers:

The top layer consists of Stainless Steel 304, a cooking-grade stainless steel renowned for its superior corrosion resistance. It is entirely free from any toxic chemicals or hard metals like lead, cadmium, and nickel.

The middle layer is lightweight Aluminum, known for its excellent heat conductivity. This layer ensures even heat distribution throughout the cookware.

The bottom layer is Stainless Steel 439, a special stainless steel variant that makes the Ttukbaegis compatible with induction stovetops.

This cookware is suitable for alll stovetops: gas, electric, induction (oven-friendly too)

What we love: While it is mainly used for cooking Korean soups & stews, it can also be used for other purposes such as cooking rice, making sotbap or even for frying foods.

These pots are available in three sizes: 14cm, 16cm, and 18cm.

The 14cm size is perfect for cooking Gyeran Jim (Korean Steamed Eggs) or for using as individual serving dishes for Seolleongtang (설렁탕) or Guk-bap (국밥). Its diameter is about the same as the width of your outstretched hands, making it suitable for serving 1-2 people.

The 16cm size is perfect for cooking 3-4 servings, making it the most popular size for families. It's great for communal sharing of Doenjang Jjigae or Kimchi jjigae at the dining table.

For cooking meals with large ingredients, the 18cm size is recommended. It will comfortably accommodate 5-6+ servings of Korean soup and is perfect for cooking large stews like Korean Seafood Stew (Hameul-tang) or braising meats like Galbi-Jjim. Furthermore, it can also be utilized for cooking family-sized servings of rice (or sotbap) and deep-frying foods.

Very satisfied

I have been searching for durable pots and came across the Evercook product line. I initially purchased a 14cm pot for making Korean steamed egg and was very satisfied with its quality. Consequently, I bought a 16cm pot for cooking rice, as my electric pressure cooker needs replacement.

The bolt is located on the underside of the glass lid (use a wrench for the first time)

Wash the glass lid with dish soap and a sponge. If there are tough stains, use baking soda.
