Description: The aroma of this brewed coffee features a prominent ripe melon scent. This melon flavor carries through to the taste, providing a sweet and balanced tone. The complexity is enhanced by the unique muscat taste of Acacia honey. The coffee also has a bright and clean acidity, similar to green apple, resulting in a long and lingering finish.

The advantage of Colombian beans is that their flavor and aroma become very complex depending on the extraction recipe.If you grind a bit coarser and shorten the extraction time, you can experience the floral and fruity acidity typical of Geisha coffee.On the other hand, if you grind a bit finer and extend the extraction time, you will feel a more pronounced soft body and caramel sweetness.
