Tasting: Dried Plum, Caramel, Dark Chocolate

At first sip, you can feel the syrupy body and the sweetness of caramel. As you continue drinking, the body becomes more persistent, and you can taste the complex flavors of fruits. The sweetness of the caramel is well maintained, providing an overall balance, and even after swallowing, the lingering finish is charming.

Tasting: Red Apple, Plum, Macadamia

You can smell the aroma of ripe berries. After blending the beans well, the first sip reveals flavors of apple and brown sugar. The second sip brings out the rich taste of macadamia and the flavor of dates. The vanilla-like sweetness lingers, providing a long and clean finish with a well-balanced coffee flavor.

Center Coffee is a specialty coffee shop based in Seoul, dedicated to researching and delivering the highest quality and service in coffee.

Coffee beans are sourced from around the world and then carefully stored in temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouses in Korea.

Afterward, they are roasted by founder Sangho Park, a veteran roaster with years of experience at the UK Square Mile Coffee Roasters.

Center Coffee procures directly from small farms around the world, rather than relying on intermediaries/wholesalers

This allows us to meet the demands of small coffee farmers who pour their time and lives into cultivating their coffee

The charm of coffee lies in its variety. Even if it's the same coffee, each roaster and brewing method can bring out different flavors.

The fact that you can experience something new every time with the same coffee beams is fascinating.
