If you crave a richer, more savory stock broth, these broth packs are designed just for you.

Firstly, all innards are removed from the dried anchovies prior to drying. This somewhat laborious preparation step is crucial as it prevents the broth from developing a slight bitterness when the anchovies are boiled.

Next, each broth packet is packed with a generous portion of umami-rich ingredients:

The Anchovy & Seafood packs include not only cleaned anchovies and dashima (kelp), but also dried shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, spring onions, and Korean radish.

The Crab & Seafood packs, besides the cleaned anchovies and dashima (kelp), contains sea squirt, spring onions, and Korean radish.

Lastly, the Clams & Seafood packs includes a variety of shellfish (pen shell clams, oysters, and mussels), along with cleaned anchovies. Then dashima, shiitake mushrooms, and spring onions are added.

These stock broths are rich in flavor - helping to build that nolstagic "cooked-by-mom" taste in Korean stews.

If you take a close look at the packets, you’ll notice that the ingredients are broken into smaller pieces. This ensures that the broth absorbs the rich umami flavors more rapidly.

On top of that, each broth bag is individually sealed for extended freshness and to prevent any lingering smells.

Preparation is simple – just boil the broth bag for ten minutes and you have genuine Korean stock broth.
