OMG....this is WORTH the investment. Case closed. I actually start with the bags in cold purified water, bring to a boil with a lid on, drop the heat to med ium & then boil 10 minutes. Then off the burner & sit until cooler. What you arrive at is a gorgeous broth that achieves a CLEAN FRESH UMAMI BROTH.
I will say for newbies to cooking Korean cuisine. Despite the obvious fishy scent the broth is not...AND THAT COMES FROM THE QUALITY OF THE INGREDIENTS.

Expiration: 1 year from packaged date

How to use:

Pour 600ml of water into a pot, then bring it to a boil.

When the pot comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and add one broth packet

Boil the broth packet for 5-10 minutes. Afterwards, remove the packet.

Your stock broth is now ready!
