This all-purpose spicy marinade is made with fermented gochujang - giving it an earthy, umami base. It's mixed with other Korean ingredients like garlic, soy sauce and mirim.
The result is a delicious all-purpose marinade that is deeply spicy & savory - with a touch of sweetness!
With this sauce, you can create Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Pork Stir-fry), Bibim Guksu (Spicy Mixed Noodles) or Tteokbokki in under 15 minutes.

The flavor is really mild. Maybe i didnt put enough but there is a slight heat to it. The marinade does contain MSG but i didn't get thirsty that was a pleasant surprise.
