Chef Baek Jong Won is a mega-celebrity chef in Korea. Over the last few years, he has experimented with various ingredients and ratios to create ONE gochujang marinade that can be used to make Korea's most iconic spicy dishes. And boy, did he deliver!

This all-purpose spicy sauce starts with fermented gochujang - giving it an earthy, umami base. Then its layered with garlic, soy sauce and mirim. Together, they create a beautifully balance of spice, sweetness and tanginess.

With this sauce, you can create Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Pork Stir-fry), Bibim Guksu (Spicy Mixed Noodles) or Tteokbokki in under 15 minutes. In fact, Chef Baek has created 27 different recipes using this sauce (link listed in FAQ section).
