Introducing Namusairo’s Signature Coffee Blends

Namusairo Café, located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea, is more than just a coffee shop; it’s a celebrated destination known for its exceptional coffee, dedication to the craft of brewing, and unique ambiance.

The name "Namusairo" (나무사이로) translates to "between trees," reflecting the café’s philosophy of creating a serene, nature-inspired environment amid the bustling city of Seoul. Founded with a deep respect for the art of coffee, Namusairo focuses on sourcing the finest beans, roasting them in-house, and delivering meticulously crafted coffee to its patrons.

The café’s minimalist and tranquil interior, adorned with wooden accents and greenery, enhances the peaceful atmosphere, allowing customers to savor their coffee without distraction.

For those who have experienced Namusairo and miss its offerings, or for those curious to try, we now offer delivery straight to your home.

Today, we are excited to showcase three of their signature blends:

Darkwood Blend

The "Dark Wood" blend offers a smooth yet persistent flavor, much like the resonant tones of a cello. Its rich sweetness lingers, creating a deep, memorable taste. Inspired by the experience of listening to David Darling's "Dark Wood" while sipping espresso, this blend evokes the image of light piercing through a dense forest, guiding you along your path.

  • Blend: Guatemala, Ethiopia
  • Roasting Level: Dark
  • Tasting Notes: Berry, Chocolate, Rich Sweetness, Roasted Chestnut

Rite of Spring Blend

"Rite of Spring" is an African coffee blend that changes slightly each year but consistently delivers a delightful floral aroma and a subtly sweet, fresh taste. This blend combines the floral scent of the Indongcho plant, the sweetness of sugar-coated citrus peel, the rich flavors of caramel and crème brûlée, and a refreshing acidity, leaving a delicate, lingering finish.

  • Blend: A mix of different Ethiopian beans
  • Roasting Level: Medium
  • Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Raspberry, Rose, Fragrant Fruit Notes

Land of Plenty Blend

This refreshing coffee blend offers a sweet and bitter finish that can be enjoyed by anyone. The "Bountiful Land" blend was created to enrich your daily life, one cup at a time. Inspired by the legend that coffee originated in Ethiopia’s Kaffa region, where "Ka" means "God" and "Afa" means "land that God has blessed," this blend signifies the fertile, God-given land.

  • Blend: Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala
  • Roasting Level: Dark
  • Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Peanut Caramel, Orange, Brown Sugar, Sweet and Bitter Taste

Namusairo also provides detailed pour-over instructions for each blend, so you can replicate the in-store taste.

No need to wait for a trip to Korea. Experience the essence of Namusairo Coffee in the comfort of your home today!

Each blend is available in 200g packs.

Dark Wood Blend

The "Dark Wood" blend is a coffee that, like a cello string, is smooth yet persistent, with a deep flavor that lingers in your mouth for a long time. It is characterized by its rich sweetness. One day, while listening to David Darling's "Dark Wood" and sipping an espresso, it felt like finding a ray of light in the dark forest. The light illuminating the dense forest helps us not to lose our way.
