Which Varieties of Korean Rice Can I Choose From?

White Rice (백미)
White rice has a chewy texture and a savory taste. Its mild sweetness enhances the flavor of dishes, making the grains soft and pleasant to eat.

Brown Rice (현미)
Brown rice still contains the germ, which makes it more nutritious. Compared to white rice, it offers higher nutritional value and can be enjoyed as a healthier option.

Partially Milled Rice (오분도)
This rice has the outer hard coating of brown rice removed, but retains the inner bran layer. It maximizes nutrition while being easier to digest and absorb.

Since 1979, our farm, Woori Won, has been devoted exclusively to organic rice farming.
