Use the soft side of a dish sponge and gently wipe and wash the inside of the pot

Then, gently wipe the outside of the pot as well for a thorough cleaning

That's it! No other pre-steps required.

The 304 Stainless Steel Layer provides an extra layer of protection

Even if scratches occur on the non-stick coating, there is no need to worry about aluminum being exposed. This is because of the thick top layer made of 304 stainless steel, which acts as a protective barrier.

You can continue to confidently use these frying pans, even if scratches occur over time on the non-stick layer.

Often, the most comfortable pans are the ones that get used the most in the kitchen.

How to use detachable handle

To secure: Fit the protruding portion (from a vertical stance) into the pot and lower it to lock into place

To release: Use your thumb to press down on the lever, then raise it to a vertical stance to remove

Use the pots and pans as serving ware - simply detach the handle and place them on the dining table

Our pots are generously sized to accommodate large stew recipes!

The 22cm Pot will accomodate a 4-person, hot-pot kit

The 28cm frying pan is designed with a spacious diameter - can accommodate generous portions of ingredients

Better yet, when you place a lid on top, it transforms into a braising pot.

Safety Tip: Use Oven Mitts!

When cooking, it is important to keep in mind that the handles can become hot.

 To avoid injury, always remember to use oven mitts when moving the pot.

Does it work on my stovetop?

These stainless steel pots can be used on all types of stovetops - including gas, induction, hot-plate and electric

However, do NOT use in microwave or in oven

Checkpoint

Before using for the first time, please wash the pot/pan with the soft side of a dish sponge.

Cleaning stains off the stainless steel side of your pots and pans can be easily done with baking soda

Do not heat the cookware without anything inside.

Avoid using the cookware on high heat for extended periods of time. Instead, opt for medium heat, as it is sufficient to heat the pans to a high temperature.

When stacking pots and pans on top of each other, we recommend using the protector pads.

When handling the pot, please wear oven mitts or silicone oven pads

When attaching/removing the detachable handle, please be careful not to touch the hot pan or pot

If you're using gas stoves, make sure the flames do not extend over the base of the pot and potentially burn the detachable handle

If marinade or sauces get onto the handle, do not simply ignore them and let them dry overnight as they may become stains. Please wash the handle after use

While these can be washed in the dishwasher, we recommend handwashing them for an extended lifespan
