[Seo Kang] Sagol Beef Bone Broth
In Korea, Sagol means beef leg. Many butchers boil leftover beef bones with a few aromatics to create a natural, deep-tasting bone broth. This bone broth works beautifully as a base for popular Korean stews like: Kalguksu, Mandoo-guk, Budae Jjigae, Tteokguk or even late-night Korean Ramen.
Seo Kang's Sagol Broth is made from 7 ingredients: Beef Bones, Onion, Radish, Spring Onion, Dashima, Black Pepper & Salt. It contains no preservatives, MSG or additives. Simply pour a cup of the broth into a pot. Bring it up to boil and a drop-in your fresh ingredients and seasoning. Your stew will be ready in minutes!
This broth is sealed in Tetra packaging - keeping it fresh at room temperature (and thus applicable for international shipping). However, once you receive the carton, we do recommend storing in your refrigerator for longer usage.
