[Bangyudang] Original & Black Misugaru

Misugaru is a very healthy & nutritious聽beverage made from a mix of Korean grains.

How is it made?聽A variety of Korean grains are carefully dried out, then ground into a very fine powder.聽The powder聽is then聽mixed with milk (or water) - to be enjoyed聽as a shake.

Misugaru shake is聽very tasty, quick and nutritious - filled with聽protein, vitamins, calcium, magnesium, folate, and selenium.

The best part of this shake聽is that it fills you up聽while being聽low on calories.

That's why it's famous聽in Korea as on-the-go breakfast option.

(Plus it's聽caffeine free!)聽

This misguaru is masterfully made by Bangyudang - a local seed roaster in Gwangju, Korea with over 40 years of roasting experience!

Their聽Original Misugaru聽is made with barley, glutinous brown rice and soybeans.

They also have a聽Black Misugaru聽which includes 6 different black grains and beans (details below)

Bangyudang prides itself in using high-quality, locally-grown grains. They roast the grains at just the right temperature to retain the grains' full nutritional value聽and flavor.

Gochujar Editor Note: This roasted grain powder is sugar-free! Unlike large food conglomerate聽misuguaru products, this artisan brand has no sugar or sweetener.聽Just roasted grains. It's up to you - how much sugar (or honey) to add... or to skip it all together.

Just like the way grandma used to make it

Misugaru, sugar, ice cubes, and water鈥. Just the way grandma used to serve it to us when we were kids. I loved it so much that I shared it with my cousin.

Very tasty and good quality

Taste very good, easiest to shake in a blender bottle to help with clumping. Tastes very clean because not filled with sugars like the store bought ones.

So very impressed

I just purchased these misugaru for my family and myself. I was so impressed with how fine this powder is and the great quality. The taste is just like plain cheerios ( so Americans can know) but very satisfying and delicious. My kids and I loved it and will continue to order this wonderful product for sure. It鈥檚 delicious and filling.

Great Quality, Delicious, and Nutritious

I was just introduced to Misugaru powder this past year, and have grown attached ever since. I bought the black powder, and it is incredibly smooth, aromatic, and flavorsome. I love drinking this warm, with milk and a date, but it works well at any temperature. I look forward to my second purchase coming in the mail! :)
